Learning Modules

The educational component of Lead Well is the most significant and is required by our funder. When the think tank confirmed the four key competencies they also identified 10 topics as most important. Below the competencies have been organized as four modules, with the draft topics categorized accordingly.

Learning Tracks

PAW pastors can participate in one of two tracks: the Comprehensive Series and the Self-Selection.

Comprehensive Series

Pastors who participate in all modules across the four competencies will receive additional resources and supports, including personalized coaching and full eligibility for a debit relief grant. Learn more in Resources and Grants.

Self-Select

Pastors who are unable or not ready to commit to the full program will have access to a limited number of sessions and resources. Grant eligibility will be limited. Learn more in Resources and Grants.
