Lead Well is a new program that seeks to develop and support PAW pastors who are striving to be financially and emotionally well and effectively leading their ministries and communities.

Program Updates
Lead Well learnings will consist of planned activities that help PAW pastors learn, practice, and improve their proficiency and skills. There are 3 key offerings. Learn more at the link above.
PAW pastors can now sign up for an online or onsite Lead Well Boot Camp and upon completion earn a $300 scholarship* towards the purchase of a tool of choice related to the Lead Well focus areas (e.g., book, software, webinar fees). Register today! Note: The Comprehensive Learning Series - a separate, more intensive learning program - makes pastors eligible for the personal grant and personalized coach benefits. GROUP STATUS *We're still looking for those with church administration experience for the ministry management module, as well as experts with knowledge of succession planning. *We're building out the online learning management system and could use additional expert help. *We're still recruiting fundraisers. *The personal finance team is finalizing plans now. *The emotional wellness workgroup leader has started shaping the work. *The community leadership group is forming in the next few weeks.
