In July 2024, the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World received a grant from Lilly Endowment to create "Lead Well," a new support program for PAW pastors. This initiative acknowledges our pastors are navigating challenges with their personal household finances, effectively managing their ministries, leading their communities, and emotionally balancing the pressure of it all.

We're in the start-up phase, with a hope to launch in Spring 2025. Until then there's a lot to do and we could use your help! First, explore this website to learn all you can about the Lead Well movement and then please consider how you might help us launch well!
