Lead Well is a grant-funded program that seeks to develop and support PAW pastors who are striving to be financially and emotionally well and efficiently leading their ministries and communities.
When you complete this 8-session learning series you become eligible for a grant to be used to pay down personal debt and access to a personal coach/mentor to help them improve their practice in the four Lead Well priority areas.
