Model & Delivery
Lead Well learnings will primarily happen through Virtual Boot Camps, Onsite Boot Camps, and a Comprehensive Series.
Boot Camps
The Boot Camp model is a fast-tracked option that will briefly introduce PAW pastors to the four Lead Well focus areas and be delivered in a virtual and an onsite format (approximately 5 hours of learning; about one-hour devoted to each area).
The onsite option will specifically take advantage of two in-person gatherings – the national summer conventions and bishop board meetings in early spring, consisting of one day/block of learning or held over 2 days. Virtual Boot Camps will happen in 4 weekly sessions.
