Do You Provide Services or Resources?
Want to help PAW pastors develop and grow? We're currently seeking service providers and resources that will help PAW pastors continue to learn, practice, and improve their proficiency and skills after they've completed a Lead Well training.
If you're an expert in one of Lead Well's focus areas (personal financial stability, emotional wellness, ministry management, or community leadership), then consider listing your services and/or products in our Resource Hub for PAW pastors!
We'll list up to four of your offerings at no-cost, but we're asking you to pray about donating to Lead Well's pastor grant fund if you profit through your participation in our program. Your gift will be used to help PAW pastors who have a need - and anything you give will be doubled with a dollar-to-dollar match from our funder.
Lead Well has allocated some funding to support eligible PAW pastors who would like to continue learning after they've completed a Boot Camp or the Comprehensive Learning Series. That means some pastors will have $300 - $500 ready to spend on listings in the Resource Hub.
We're also seeking free and affordable service providers and products to list in our Resource Hub so that our pastors always have high-quality options at their fingertips.
Boot Camp Scholarship
PAW pastors can use it to purchase your offerings
PAW pastors who complete all four modules of a Lead Well Boot Camp, whether online or in-person, become eligible for a mini scholarship for up to $300 worth of services or items related to any/all of the focus areas.
To attract these pastors, submit introductory services or lower budgeted items to be considered for purchase. Scholarship funds are available until exhausted and will not exceed $300 for any reason.
Personalized Support Benefit
PAW pastors can hire you to help them
PAW pastors who complete the Comprehensive Learning Series will be eligible to receive personalized follow-up support services. This short-term benefit is designed to help pastors apply what they have learned with hands-on guidance from an expert who could be, but not limited to, a debt counselor, personal coach/mentor, financial planner, accountant, technology expert, mental health therapist, fundraiser, attorney, organizational management consultant, etc.
Service providers will receive a stipend for services rendered but it will not exceed $500 for any reason.
Resource Hub Listing
PAW pastors can select and promote your offerings
The Resource Hub is a high-quality, robust, and well-organized collection of online references, tools, software, templates, worksheets, books, tips, articles, blogs, podcasts, service providers, speakers, professional service providers and other recommendations that support the ongoing learning and efficiency of PAW pastors in the four competencies.
While pastors who complete a Lead Well learning may direct the PAW to use their scholarship or personalized benefit to purchase from the Resource Hub on their behalf, it's designed to be a guide for all pastors and one we plan to regularly promote.

We'll post and promote it for PAW pastors - we'll specifically encourage Lead Well learners to check it out.
When Lead Well learners want to purchase something from you, they'll complete a request form that goes to the PAW. The PAW will pay you on their behalf, but any arrangements will be made by the pastor. Individual pastors may request additional services/supports but it will be at their own personal expense.
Remember, we're only focusing on personal finances, emotional wellness, managing ministry, and/or community leadership resources. Listing with Lead Well does not guarantee the purchase or use of your offerings.
