In December 2023, a think tank was convened to help determine the vision of what is now known as Lead Well. Of the 12 original think tank members, 11 now comprise this inaugural working Advisory Board. This body will function as the program’s guiding force, offering expertise, oversight, and strategic direction. Their deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's mission and the unique challenges faced by PAW pastors has been and will continue to be invaluable.
