Sis. Billie feels called to help faith and community leaders to position their ministries and organizations to attract funding, partners, and resources to meet the needs of their community.

As a teacher, she's focused on participants understanding the landscape of "support" and learning strategic marketing and community building concepts that position them for partnership. As a strategist, she goes deep to help leaders find and learn how to tell their own strategic story so that they can draw support for their kingdom building efforts.

Full services include strategic planning and marketing, resource and partner development, project/program design and implementation, and community outreach/engagement services.

Recently, she helped the PAW secure $7 million in grants and designed and launched 3 new initiatives. In Baltimore, for nearly 8 years, she distributed millions of dollars on behalf of donors to hundreds of nonprofits. Her expertise led to unprecedented grantmaking to small and/or Black-led organizations.
